This works for deposited funds only. example, deposit $500, win $500, cashout $1K, 500 is instant, the other 500 can take a day or 2.
There is a big difference between book withdrawals and poker. Poker sites need to review all draws for improprieties. If its someone that has been playing a lot and can be "trusted" I think they should be quick, but without that sort of trust I have no problems with an extra 24 hours. Oftentimes reviewing the draws and the action that accompanied them are among the only good ways to find collusion.
Ive been waiting 2 months for a check from pokerstars ,almost 60 days. I have emailed them 4 times in this period and they keep telling me that the check was sent to a third party bank and that it will be on its way. There only support has been through email and it hasnt helped at all, no one looks into the matter for me. So to be honest ill never deposit there again and write this one off as i dont expect to get paid. A site without phone support is useless in my mind, cant understand why there is no phone support. GL to all but just letting you know my experience and its not good.
Im not saying they dont pay,im just telling you that I deposited with them through western union i asked for a withdrawal in check form recieved my first check and never recieved my second check from them. Ive emailed them a number of times and they just tell me that it takes a while to recieve. I asked for a payout on june 10 and still have not got my payout. I was told the most it would take is 22 days. I dont think that they do not pay but i do think using withdrawal by check is not good, there is no phone to reach them by and nothing i can do at this point. They did tell me that if by july 29{over 60 days of waiting} they would isssue another check to me or redeposit the money in my account.
